The install team were very punctual and communicated with me throughout the process answering all questions I had and provided me clear options as appropriate. Even though they were unable to seal my pergola against the wall due to the uneven stones, they made sure I got refunded the unused sealing kit and gave me ideas to stop any rain entering.
