Absolutely fabulous company. We ordered both a 5.4 × 3.5 marzana pergola, lounge set and dining table. I couldn't find all of the things that were important to me anywhere else. Reilly helped me over chat to place the order and e-mailed me the next day with further advice and recommendations. On the day of delivery Steve was held up because of traffic caused by the train strikes. These things happen but he kept me up to date regularly and still completed delivery even though it meant a ridiculously long day for him. The install itself was rescheduled and then completed efficiently including set up onto porcelain.We are blown away with the results, our garden is amazing and our pergola has been the talk of the development where we live. The furniture is luxurious and a great entertainment environment, and with the lovely weather we have so much time enjoying it this Summer.
