Purchased a vacation package and the medical insurance. Had to cancel because of medical reasons. Instead of a refund, we were provided a voucher minus the money paid for the insurance which is only good for one year. Beware of the extensive terms and conditions for the medical insurance, which were only provided after the vacation was booked. This should be considered fraud in my opinion. It's almost been a year and we are still unable to travel due to medical issues and have not received a refund. Sunwing's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
