Good device but bad customer service. Been a customer for over 5 years(Im sure they can verify). Never had any major issue with the device except sometimes the pods being defective. Today they called and canceled my order. Buddy on the phone was pissed that I ordered 3 boxes of pods (like I always do)so he canceled it just so he can save it for his little buddies or himself because they're out of stock due to the tariffs I guess. Not a big deal, just gonna look around for a similar device. ✌️
