I was sent a fero vape but it didn’t work so I contacted them and I gave them all the info they asked for 5 times even though they had all the information already on my account. Micheal was the one supposedly helping me, but he just stopped responding and I never got my new one so I was out $40. I dealt with this company for about four years. I never had a problem until they sent me a broken vape so they will not stand behind their products I would not do business with them. There’s too many companies out there that will take care of their customers.
