Do not order from here. Their customer service is nonexistent, and if they do eventually respond, it will be with three words and then not respond again. Ordered a device that stopped working after two days. No problem, this is normal with lower cost devices and has happened before over the years. Other retailers usually request you ship it back or refund you. SuorinUSA asked me to send a video, then told me to try a few things that you can clearly see in the video that I tried. They then said I could ship it back, but now refuse to take it or respond to my messages because I don't have the original packaging. I've spent 100s with them over multiple past orders, not to mention the $70 I just spent for a broken device and pods I can't use. I gave them a shot even though their reputation is already bad, and that was my mistake. Get your Suorin stuff elsewhere.
