I contacted support to permanently close my account. Instead of a clear, straightforward procedure, I was sent through repeated email confirmations and “verification” steps that don’t go anywhere. The replies are generic and the issue never gets properly handled, so the closure request remains unresolved.Bad customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Avoid if you expect basic account management to work.
