I purchased one of the Supa heaters from Amazon and delivered on Wednesday. It took me an hour to put together in the freezing cold so that’s all I did that day.I ordered the coupler advised on the Q&A section and got my propane this morning.The hot tub is filling now direct from the outside tap. The Heater is saying it’s going into the tub at 35-36 deg so I expect that I will have to switch to Mode 1 when the tub is full to get to the desired 40deg.What a wonderful piece of kit, I can not recommend this highly enough and will be telling all my hot tub pals about this.We have kept the hot tub off over the last year due to the energy costs but we felt it was a waste of 10k sitting in the garden. Now with the supa heater we can use it again at a fraction of the cost and when we want it without burning money to the energy companies.Outstanding piece of equipment, and I am literally writing this review sitting in my dry robe ready to hop into the tub which is up and heated to 40 deg within an hour and a half (including filling). Would have taken about 15 hours + on the leccy!
