One mentions his coach, Gary Swanson, was terrific working with him. Good for you. I never had a coach, and I am sure you did not have one either. The address listed by Trustpilot is not his address. As a matter of fact, he has no address listed and a phone number he has listed wants me to sign up to meet other gays. The number Trustpilot lists is a non-functioning number. I would say a reputable company would list its address and phone number.
