I purchased a superbox online from superboxglobal.com on 2/7/25. When I checked the order status, it said it was delivered on 2/13/25. I went to my box a few days later and they did not see the delivery. I was told to check back as they had a lot of deliveries and perhaps didn’t get to it. I went back on 2/21 and was told the order was not there. I got in my car and called Fed Ex. The rep told me I could not make a claim because it had been more than 7 days and that I had to contact the sender. Since the FedEx rep would not take a claim on the phone, I went online to make a claim. It said the account holder that shipped the item needs to make a claim or that I need a release from the sender on their company letter head in order for me to make a claim. I again contacted the sender and asked for them to make a claim. They responded with call Fed Ex. I tried to bypass the Fed Ex online claim that said the account holder needs to make the claim. I got to the end and submitted a claim and then received an email that I need a release form from the sender on their company letterhead. I emailed the sender asking for a release and crickets. I contacted the superbox and I requested another unit be sent with a signature required or issue a refund. The sender said it shows delivered I had to contact Fed Ex. I have gone back and forth between the sender and Fed Ex for days on end both saying it was delivered. At this point, no one wants to take responsibility. Why would the sender send without insurance and/or a signature requirement. These are large corporations making a profit. I am one hard working individual living paycheck to paycheck. I need my money back. I am out $399 but have no product!
