Placed order on 12/4 for a Superbox Ultra as a Christmas gift. Received order confirmation and tracking within a few days. Track stated "info sent to FedEx for over a week. When I emailed that the tracking had not updated in over a week and this was a gift I was told not to worry and tracking would update later that day. 3 days later no update to tracking. Tracking king updated a few days later. It is now Christmas Eve and still no product even though my CC was charged on 12/4. I need to scramble for a replacement gift now. I will be contacting my CC company on 12/26 if order is not received. I did not realize when I was told not to worry about receiving my order they meant stop worrying you will not be receiving your product by Christmas. Three weeks to receive an order is ridiculous.
