I spent over 300.00 ordering my labels for my company and paid to have express , but to my surprise today I received another companies labels and this caused me to miss my deadline now. In addition I tried calling 10 times and it keeps you on hold for 5 mins then says email them, but the card included says sent 3 emails saying it’s urgent but no response . So I go to look up the store labels I received and noticed it’s a fake store on Shopify that just opened and you can’t reach them either. This company is a complete scam and I want the world to be warned not to be scammed by them. I believe they intentionally know what they are doing and it’s sad we are the victims of a money grab. I still have no labels and now it’s too late to order somewhere else. I’m pissed!
