Worst service ever. First time I used them & certainly the last. Placed my order on 10/18. Was supposed to deliver to my screenprinter by 11/8. 11/8 rolls around & the screen printer has not received. I contacted this company & was told it was returned by USPS. NO ONE NOTIFIED ME UNTIL I CONTACTED FOR STATUS!They said they tried to call, but no one emailed me. Then they proceeded to let me know how it was MY FAULT (when it was not as the address was correct). I never mentioned that it was their fault. The only fault was theirs in not letting me know the order had been returned. I will never use this company again. Horrible service.
