Update: since this review customer services got back in touch with me. The quality of their reindeer moss is one of the best I have managed to find - after trying from 5 different sellers. What I mean by quality is that it has more heads (dense, sort of fluffy tops) rather than routs (less dense and looks more like veins). One of the 4 large packs I ordered wasn't as good as the others so I returned that one, but 3 our of 4 is quite good from what I've experienced.---------Original post: You didn’t reply to my email about the poor quality of some of what you sent
