I ordered patches during a buy 3 get one free promotion. After entering the correct code and selecting two, I asked if I did it right and was told no, yet they refused to add the third patch. It hadn't shipped yet, and the sale was still active. I've ordered before and recommended the product to others, but this company is frustrating to deal with. I found better prices elsewhere and will purchase from there instead. I had to dispute a charge with my credit card company. At 84, I feel this treatment could be considered elder abuse. Be cautious!
