I had a deeply disappointing and legally questionable experience. I requested a cancellation/refund four days before they shipped my order, but they sent it anyway, prioritizing sales over customer requests. Returning the product turned into a month-and-a-half ordeal with shipping delays, conflicting information, and unanswered emails. Even after returning the package, they claimed they never received it after 14 days! This lack of accountability violates basic consumer protection laws. I can't recommend this company; their service is far below acceptable standards.
