The information on the website is a bit confusing. At first, I thought the 29 Euros I was paying would go towards the lesson/tutoring, but it´s just a subscription fee. After you have found a suitable teacher (and there are plenty to choose from), you should cancel your subscription; otherwise, it will be charged each month. The cancellation is straightforward, and no emailing is required.
We only needed a math tutor. I contacted a few and found a suitable teacher on the second try. My kid´s grade has already improved, so I could not be happier! I used other platforms in the previous year, but this one was the easiest because it put me in direct contact with the teachers (no restrictions on providing telephone numbers).
