This is my re review after giving young Sheldon a second chance .I wish I couldn’t have given them even a single star. Everyone deserves a second chance so I agree with the management and restarted classes .On the very first class they started showing their actual behaviour.Until last minute no one knows which teacher is conducting the class.At this point I thought lets give third chance but to my horror same thing happen a week after , no one knows who is covering the lecture. This shows they bring any teacher to fill in the blank to keep the show running. Not much bothered about child ‘s need. Simply, Once disorganised always disorganised . I am not here to correct someone’s mistakes but as a parent it is my responsibility to anticipate others .Those who are reading this please take it seriously.They are totally wastage of time. Looking at other comments , I am not sure if they refund me which they promised , after all what will you expect from them. ( they may organise now many 5 star reviews from friends to cover up the damage done by my one star , but only fool can be attracted by fake 5 star reviews . Wise people don’t ) Someone Tried to block my previous comment but they couldn’t as trust pilot reviewed it carefully and reposted. I suggest young Sheldon that rather than reporting comment as an illegal or violent or gathering 5 star comment please focus on improving teaching and management , hope that should help you in future .
My experience has been great and i have learned a lot of stuff from these 7-8 classes already and i thing before the end of all my 36 classes I think that I will be able to do a lot more than i knew before I joined super Sheldon.
My experience with this company has been deeply troubling from start to finish. I cancelled my child’s classes 3 months back, and I am still waiting for a refund that was promised again and again. They kept shifting dates, giving excuses, and never once provided proof that a refund was actually initiated. Now they’ve reached the point where they don’t answer my calls and ignore my emails entirely.What makes this even more concerning is that the overwhelmingly positive reviews online feel completely disconnected from the reality I experienced. Based on how they operate, those reviews come across as highly questionable, and I strongly advise people not to rely on them.Between the chaotic teaching, the endless cancellations, the evasive communication, and the ongoing refund delays, this entire situation has been extremely distressing. I’m sharing this publicly so other parents don’t fall into the same trap.
Update (February 2026):Super Sheldon has finally issued the refund — but this only happened after I sent them a final notice giving them three days to resolve the matter. Even then, the refund process had unnecessary complications: PayPal deducted a fee from the refunded amount, and the company blamed PayPal for it, even though I have used PayPal for years without ever facing such issues.Another concerning point is that before issuing the refund, they repeatedly asked me to change or delete my Trustpilot review. I clearly told them that I would edit the review only after receiving the actual refund — and even then, I would not hide the truth. Despite this, they continued chasing me to take the review down, showing more urgency about their public image than about resolving the refund they owed me.This behaviour seriously questions their professionalism and business integrity.They also kept insisting that I provide a UPI payment link so they could refund the money in INR. This made absolutely no sense, as I am not even in India — why should I receive a refund in INR when the payment was made internationally? This added yet another layer of confusion and unprofessional handling of what should have been a simple refund.Most importantly, when I asked what happened to the many refunds they had previously claimed were “already processed,” they suddenly said those refunds had “bounced back.”This explanation contradicts their earlier claims and makes it clear that those earlier refund promises were not true — they were only used to delay and extend the process.While I acknowledge that the refund has now been received, it only happened after persistent follow‑up from my side, not because the company handled the situation professionally from the start.I sincerely hope Super Sheldon improves its professionalism and integrity in the future.Original Review Below (Unchanged for Transparency):=====================================Super Sheldon has been, without exaggeration, one of the most chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating services I have ever dealt with. Lightning Fast When Taking Money, Shockingly Slow When Returning ItWhen it came to collecting the payment, they were responsive, eager, and extremely efficient. When it came to returning the money, they became vague, evasive, and painfully slow. The contrast is impossible to ignore.5. Zero Professionalism, Zero Ownership, Zero ReliabilityEvery promise was broken. Every timeline was pushed. Every follow‑up required another follow‑up. I’ve spent nearly three months chasing something that should have taken a few days.Final Verdict: Don’t Walk Away — RUN.Super Sheldon has wasted my money, my time, and my child’s learning months. App provides all necessary details of completed class and number of classes available as per the package. It also shares details of recorded classes. Teachers are talented and very friendly with the kids, overall experience is super.
