Asked operator to assist as husband is t1 diabetic and we are in a foreign country and require food. She states not her problem case will be looked at in 5 days. Shame on you Supershuttle we have spent $800 with you during our holiday for your promised stress and hassle free service yet now I hope we don't encounter a serious medical emergency for your incompetence. I shall be taking this matter further.
