We are now at LAX airport we booked through Viator for a “super shuttle” transfer which turned up an hour late!! (We were at the port at 9:35am for 10am booking which arrived after 11am... the on site organiser did extremely little to help and was quite rude, the “super shuttle” company didn’t have enough buses at the cruise terminal to honour bookings blaming a traffic jam, albeit all other vehicles were coming and going Just fine!! It put immense pressure on the transfer and would suggest if Supershuttle wants to get good reliable reviews and further bookings they the should run a shuttle service with the accuracy and times customers book.
