I've been trying to cancel my membership since last year. Now January 2025 is here and I got charged again. I tried to cancel my membership online several times and it did not allow me to. I then called customer service and they put me on hold for 20 minutes to come back on the phone and tell me I don't have a membership. I've sent several emails and nobody responds. Now I can't find a good contact number to speak to a human about my complaint.
