The Kickass CV Guide as well as the CV templates were a HUGE help and on top of that I got lots of positive comments from agencies/recruiters as well as captains! Another really great feature that I found to be super helpful was the SSS Workbook. It lays everything out for you and helps you narrow down your goals and figure out what you want your yachting journey to look like.
