I’ve invested time, effort, and money into building my brand using Supliful — from product label design, Shopify store integration, to ordering product samples. Everything was set up based on the assumption that Supliful would continue supporting the pet care product line I selected.To my shock, all my products were suddenly removed from the platform with no warning or direct notification. I only found out after raising a support ticket. Apparently, these products were moved to a “Pre-Buy” category (requiring bulk purchases of 500 units) due to an internal supplier change — a change I was never informed about, despite claims that an email went out on October 2nd (which I never received).This abrupt decision completely disrupted my business plan. Not only did my products vanish without notice, but I was told there's no compensation for the time and money lost. Supliful support acknowledged the issue but provided no actionable solution other than recreating everything from scratch or buying in bulk — which defeats the entire point of using an on-demand supplier in the first place.If you're serious about your business, think twice before relying on Supliful. There are no guarantees that your products will stay available, and they can make major changes overnight without proper communication or support.Disappointed, frustrated, and now looking for a more reliable partner.
