This is a very unprofessional and inefficient company. First, they have probably 10 different customer support reps, that will all answer your emails, with no congruency. The customer reps have no knowledge about the business, always have to reach out to other teams to get further information. This makes simple requests take at least 2-3 weeks to get resolved, and it is a lot of emails back and forth between multiple teams and customer reps. Second, they try to acquire new clients by offering "bulk orders", but when wanting to actually order a bulk shipment, they later mention it is just possible for personal use, can't change any details on the invoices and overall provide 0 flexibility. So why do they offer bulk orders, who would order 1000+ units for personal use? Makes 0 sense. Overall this shows that the company has no real leadership, doesn't know what they stand for and is inefficient. This is a company you do not want to do business with!
