Worst supplier ever. Probably the most unprofessional supplier I have ever dealt with. They take 5 days to answer an Email about a big order we have submitted. We are waiting for our order since 10 days. And they have the audacity to reply with a one liner. Never seen business be treated more careless. They do not care about their clients or customers. Absolute joke of a company and would not recommend anyone to work with them who is serious about making business.Edit: I have contacted you again through chat, and through Email. It has been another week since you have been "checking" with the right department for weeks on end, without any answer. This is what happens when a American company outsources their customer service in the early stages to India, without a proper ticketing system in place. No one knows whats going on, no one is responsible for anything, and customers get left behind. No accountability, no professional business handling, nothing. Shameful and disgraceful.
