A help-desk that does not help nor answer. Being a loyal member since June 3rd 2025, I soon upgraded to "gold" as my "mobile verification" was done in a few days. Ready to take out my first "salary", I had to sent their own form as well as 3 other quite private documents. (Where do they need my home address for? A visit?). This proces has been repeated at least 4 times now! I hope they at least transfer my investment into my account again (retirement money). Will they be that honest & fair.....?
