The one thing I will say about this company that no other company or platform does is if you reach out to customer service with an issue and then happen to come back to customer service another day, you will get the same person speaking with you. That is very convenient, and also, something I've never thought of before when it comes to customer service... but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! They were very helpful, kind and courteous.
