After many years as a customer, I am now treated like a pariah. Sure Holdings has in the past established several protocols but lately they dont seem to follow them any longer.. such as notification of payments for sales of wines. They used to require customers to fill-in a form to confirm where the funds would be sent but now they simply send the funds w/o even notifying me, the customer. And when I complain about this, I am labeled a trouble maker. The returns for the investments have also been poor but for us only to be told that we don't invest sufficiently on a regular basis. How can any sensible investor continue to pour funds into a portfolio that is not returning a decent profit. Most of the profits are eventually eaten up by the storage fees.I have also recommended friends to join and they have left basically because of the latter reason. I am also in that process of exiting by selling all my wines.
