James will often call just to check in and give me an update on my portfolio. There is no pressure selling. Fees are extremely reasonable. As with any investment, a recommendation may made based on the information available today and economic conditions can change which means the investments can go up and down but with a long term view in mind, there is some sound fundamental economics behind this type of investment.
