The support @discord i get from the team is smooth and fast, they response to open ticket almost immediately which i find very surprising for a HFT firm❤️👍🏽. ONE of the fascinating experience was when we had a BROKER SERVER ISSUE. Most firm seize the opportunity to shut down, while some take some months to come back. BUT!!! SLF took under 24hours to MIGRATE to another broker server(This is minding blowing) my first experience of such.But the big thing we look out for is PAYOUT, so far i can see they are Constant with paying customers, for me personally i will be requesting my payout with them 20 july and it is my first PAYOUT with SLF i am confidence with them so far. I follow the rules so everything should be fine when its time to request haha..Big thanks to the discord mod ( bernard, ian, guru and steve) 😅 they are alway ready to take on any task.and thanks to YEMI ( head of customer support) treated my issue and query with transparency and accountabilityI will keep y’all update if they are changes in the firm..
