In less than 24H my withdrawal request was reviewed. Unfortunately for me it was denied because of the consistency rule that I was not paying attention to it. The costumer service is impeccable, I opened a ticket on discord to ask more details about the situation. In less than 1 min I was contacted by Ian, one of the costumer service agent. He answered all my questions very prompt and professional. Thanks a lot for this and next time I will review all the rules before ask a new withdrawal. Keep going with the good job guys!
