Had an issue where my account was closed due to a breach of daily drawdown. When I checked I was close but hadn't actually breached the drawdown limit so I raised a ticket with support. Based on other reviews on here I was expecting to be scammed about some rules I didn't understand and for the account to be gone for good. To my pleasant surprise the support team looked into it and agreed there was an issue and they have reinstated my account including the profit from the traded that was in progress at the time which went on to make profit.
