The journey of getting new windows and doors began on March 25, but the installation didn't happen until August, three months later than promised, after persistent follow-ups. Now, in mid-November, I am hiring an external contractor to complete the installation. The windows and doors are high quality, but the installation of two large windows was subpar. After raising my concerns, two senior installers came to inspect, and surprisingly, the same original team returned to address what they claimed couldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, they rushed the upstairs repair on a Friday, leading me to seek another contractor to finish the job properly. I cannot recommend this service; if you're considering new windows or doors for your home, visit previous installations of the companies you’re interested in. Don't just rely on reviews.
