Surethingmedia is the best media company I’ve worked with. From videography to photography, the process was smooth, well thought out and executed excellently. The quality and turnover time has never failed, super fast but not faulting in quality at all. I’ve honestly never been disappointed, I will continue to use them for all my media needs honestly completely recommend!
My experience with Sure Thing Media was a gift from a friend, so I hadn’t seen any of William’s work beforehand. I also don’t usually take pictures at all, as it makes me feel very nervous and self-conscious.
William was incredibly patient with me, especially as it took a little longer than expected for me to get ready. I shared my apprehensions about taking photos, and he immediately put me at ease. He gave gentle direction throughout the shoot and helped build my confidence by showing me a few photos as we went along, so I could really see what he meant.
He was also kind enough to wait for a few people who were running late and made sure to take pictures of all of us. The photos turned out absolutely stunning. I have never felt so beautiful looking at pictures of myself, and the quality was amazing.
I would definitely recommend everyone book Sure Thing Media if you’re looking for excellent-quality photos and outstanding service.
