This is the worst service experience I have ever had.I paid for urgent translation for all documents. Every single deadline was missed. The most important documents were simply never delivered - it appears they were lost -and to this day I still have not received them.There has been zero real response from customer support. Only automated emails. No accountability. No solution.Because of their failure, I had to urgently use another service and pay three times more before my court hearing.I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. If you are considering using this service for anything time-sensitive or legal, think very carefully before trusting them.
