No issue at all with the company itself - item as described, good price and dispatched quickly. However, the overall experience includes actually getting the item delivered. I paid for Parcelforce 24 delivery - all options were RoyalMail. Despite the item not requiring a signature and me leaving instructions to deliver to a safe place, parcelforce chose not to leave the item but take it back to the depot - 25 miles away. So items not received on time and I had to collect. Again, not Surplus and Outdoors direct fault, but RoyalMail are their chosen delivery partners and need to demand better service to their customers. Update - item eventually collected from Parcelforce following much effort and a trek to retrieve it. As already stated, the item itself and service from Surplus and Outdoors was good. It is the delivery service they use that is the problem.
