They are awful at returns. They still owe me money for the wrong boot they sent but as per other reviews surplusandoutdoors think they can keep treating their customers badly. Even their terms and conditions on their website show they are happy to break English selling laws.I am more disappointed because I have been loyal to them and spent a considerable amount of money with them in the past. No more.
