I was sent some replacement patches for a smock which were supposed ro be included with the smock. Incorrect postage was paid by the company so had to pay a fee to get it emailed the company and provided evidence of whst I paid I was advised 5 days ago a refund would be made but no such refund has been received. I feel the customer service with the company has gone right down hill I won't buy from this company again
