I had issues with my parcel. Royal Mail delivered it, but put it in my wheelie bin and didn’t let me know that it was there. I hadn’t been staying at home due to family issues and when I got home, I received an update to my order from Royal Mail saying the package had been delivered. I then checked tracking and it showed a photo from inside my bin. The bins had been emptied twice since the parcel had been sent. I got in touch with Royal Mail who dismissed any liability, and told me to get in touch with the sender, which I did.Kellie answered my call and she was with someone in the office who immediately agreed to send me another shirt, free of charge and then sent an email confirming new delivery and tracking details. The customer service those guys have is exceptional. As a retail manager myself, I expect my staff to uphold the values the guys at surprise shirts do. I highly recommend them and will order from them in the future.
