5 stars just doesn't do justice for how good this company is. They look after customers in a way that is beyond comparison in a world of cutting corners and outsourcing. They care about every customer and every order in a way that you would be forgiven for thinking you were dealing with a local greengrocer. They are helpful, friendly, professional and personable. If you contact them for order confirmation and further down the line ring them again more often than not they remember who you are from the last call. It's refreshing and it really does make them stand out. In addition to this the product is top notch. The kits are more often than not equal to the price you pay however some are actually cheaper than if you were to get them from other well known websites that specialise in football shirts. Add in the novelty of surprise and the occasional imperfect shirt order if you fancy paying 20 quid for a shirt which has a minor defect they really are a company that stands out among the rest. If you need further proof maybe check out some of their unboxing videos. To this point I have yet to see one where surprise shirts is reviewed with any negativity. I honestly believe for those that have used others (as I have in the past) and then come to surprise shirts, the likelihood is I doubt you'll go anywhere else after.
