I’ve used this service three times. In the past, everything was fine, but this time I faced a bit of disappointment. I ordered 29 Red Bentley roses (70 cm) for an anniversary. The first issue was that the video wouldn’t fully load, only playing the first 5 seconds and lagging. The second issue, likely due to delivery, was that some outer roses were damaged, as if the package had been mishandled. Consequently, a few roses wilted despite care, and I had to discard them. Overall, the service usually works well; I hope this was just a one-time issue.
