Very Disappointed with the CPC training and testing (or lack of). I got hardly any training and the test was a joke. Examiner was over half an hour late and didn’t even bother examining just passed everyone. When I emailed to complain Covid was the excuse used (surprise, suprise). I feel that they robbed me of £379 and I have no training to show for it. They are closing, so the lack of care is most likely because they’ve lost their jobs. This is very unfortunate and I was sorry to hear this but it is not an excuse to take peoples money and not provide the service which was payed for.
