Excellent service from start to finish. Initially with Lauren in the office,who is so friendly and helpful on the phone, to George who surveyed the work,and is so efficient and knowledgeable ( I received a very reasonable estimate the same day) , through to Geoff the engineer who installed our new boiler with minimal disruption. He was a very calm and friendly guy. Geoff sheeted up the working area and checked we were happy with the positioning of the new boiler and pipes before starting work . He was happy to answer all our questions as we were replacing an old 50 year old boiler. He worked methodically, was very neat and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Surrey Gas to any one looking for a friendly,efficient, reliable gas company.
