Shocking service...Booked an appointment on two separate occasions to view two cars.Viewing 1: Ended up waiting over 40 minutes to test drive a car as it was at another lock up and blocked in, not sure it was worth booking. However, colleague I met was approachable and helpful.Viewing 2: Also booked an appointment at a specific time, again the car was at another site + dealer not aware I was coming, informed me car had a flat battery - Overall service this viewing was shocking, clearly no communication and was made to feel I was putting them out/ and them going to get the car was doing me a favour.Won't come back here again, just as well I didn't have to travel a long distance
