Oliver went above and beyond to help us with a Level 3 survey on a large and significant purchase. The house in question is complex, with a lot of issues to unpick. He took time in advance to take our briefing and questions. Immediately post survey he gave us a debrief. He then gave us a separate specific debrief to allow us to know what questions ask a roofing contractor on complex roof issues. On top of this we were given a full 60 minute debrief of the entire property going over every photo that showed follow-up needed. Finally, he arranged the services of a Structural Engineer to provide further advice. Exceptional service. Would recommend without hesitation.
