I found Surrey Surveyors on the RICS website and contacted them and some other firms too.From the beginning, Oliver was helpful, responsive and understanding of the specific issues we needed investigating.When we received the report it was thorough, clearly written and addressed the specific issues that we had flagged up. Oliver was responsive when I called him to ask a couple of questions, despite the fact he was in between meetings.Unfortunately, the survey uncovered some issues that we had not identified and my son withdrew from the purchase.Based on my experience, I would recommend Oliver at Surrey Surveyors and will certainly be using the firm for the next purchase.
