Oliver and his team were on hand to give us a more detailed picture and understanding of the property we were buying. Upon closer inspection of our detailed report we found there to be a number of large issues that to the untrained eye we had missed. With illustrations to reinforce what the report said. As first time buyers this was something that we found to be very useful, giving us the clarity we needed to make an informed decision. As a result, we came to the conclusion that the work that was required would consideranly exceed our budget and therefore made our decision to pull out. As a good will gesture, we elected to share this information/report with the vendor to perhaps rectify the issues for a potential future buyer. Unfortunately, the vendor has now left a poor review on Surrey Surveyors Trustpilot. Which I feel is unfair and should be disregarded (Harry 2*) I will definitely be using Surrey Surveyor in the future once we find our next home. Thank you Oliver and team
