The service was excellent. It was not a long wait for the inspection and the report was written in the expected timeframe. I was offered a phone call to go through the report and the surveyor was great, responding very clearly to all my questions. He was friendly at the same time as being professional and I appreciated how commited he was to demystifying the whole process.
