The person in charge of our case (James) was communicative throughout the process. He responded to our queries in record time, explained the differences between the levels of survey, conducted the survey very professionally, bringing up areas we hadn't even spotted ourselves, and had a follow-up phone call to explain parts of the survey we were confused about.
