Gets worse, This site. On the verge of deleting, after being told I didn't qualify for a survey after completing it in full. Tried to message customer support but they wanted a screenshot of the issue in order for me to lodge an issue. I never thought to screenshot anything.Waste of my time, I'll stick to more trustworthy sites in future. Avoid at all costs.
